A beautiful shop, indeed. But the real treasures are upstairs! Thy the SPA and the Mind Oasis. We had a brain recharge, a sort of brain relaxation. An experience! The staff is just lovely, friendly and caring. It’s in the city center and you can just pass by and ask if they have a spot free as we did.

Absolutely 5+stars to this place! We would like to share our review after being in the store 26.08.2023 Reason to visit the store was to buy a gift for our friend birthday 🎂. We didn’t know exactly what it should be ,but wanted to find something authentic . We were so impressed by product offer and experience around it ! Store’s stuff were super friendly , speaking fluent english and gave us professional advises. But what a surprise was when we were offered to customize our gift and wrap it in a special box as a part of their service ❤️. We were buying present from two families and it cost us below 100 euros, with all services included . Besides that - we want to say a HUGE thank you for Brittany ( hope spelling is right) and her manager , who made a customization with engraving and embroidery in a such outstanding quality! With their permission we would like to share photos of our experience there. If you want to buy something special from Rituals as a gift or just a memory of Amsterdam , we can strongly recommend you this great place!! Well done Rituals team and hope to see you soon!

A store you really have to see especially if you‘re already a Rituals fan. This house is really amazing for everyone. Such a big selection of every Rituals product and additionaly the spa area. Not just for your body also for your mentality it is worth a visit.

Overall a very nice experience. There was a restaurant on the entry floor. They offered a vegan course - if i remember correctly it didn't state vegan but instead veg or vegetarian. I got to know that vegan food was possible. The food was nice. Arrangement felt special. The overall service was fine. I somehow didn't feel very welcomed by some of the staffs, but specifically one of them seemed to be passionate about the job and glad to serve (me) the food. Didn't get his name, but feel free to contact me, so I can possibly give a better description, from which you can find him to appreciate him - he deserves to know, that he really did a good job there.

Wow! Calling all appreciators of premium cosmetics & gorgeous scents. Not to forget the homeware. House of rituals for me is the home of therapy intertwined with good quality high end cosmetics as soon as you walk in there is nothing like it. From the perfume scents to the amazing decor all the way to the staff! The hand wash areas to try their products are amazing, I find so unique and refreshing to try products beforehand. This house of rituals is a 4 floor large cosmetics store which includes their own spa and their mind oasis located at the top floor. I booked a package of the unwind your mind. Which included the breathing bubble, brain massage and the hydro massage. Priced at 49 euros per person. I felt super comfortable and welcome. I never felt rushed I felt cocooned in a safe haven where I knew I could relax. You get greeted with fresh hot lavender and offered tea throughout. If you come to Amsterdam and love yourself some self care, go and book! I regret not getting my own personalised perfume. I recommend their perfumes especially L’eclat and the velvet vanilla (house of rituals range). My favourite was the hydro massage (20 minutes) and the brain massage(30 minutes). Can’t wait to try the spa packages next time. Do not hesitate to give the mind oasis a go. So important to look after your mental well-being as well as the physical and spiritual. Thank you for the experience!

It’s a very clean, beautiful and hygienic place. Must try their sparkling Tea, it’s amazing. Plus point is that you bring back a gift home after you spend 104 euros for a treatment. I loved the Sakura candle. The girl who attended me was extremely kind and sweet. Nonetheless it’s not a spa, it’s just a place where you get a massage. I used the shower after the massage and they dint have hairdryers/ comb they said it's because no one takes a shower in their spa. Sadly the girl who massaged me was not trained, she kept doing the same movements and lacked consistency in massage pressure which made this a very below average experience. I still love their products and the restaurant but massage was disappointing.

This place should be in every tour guide for Amsterdam. It’s absolutely amazing. Beautiful Ritual shop on the first 2 floors, and a SPA on 3rd and 4th. 3rd floor is your classic spa with massages, manicures and pedicures but the 4th floor is something special! You can get a brain massage or whole body aqua massage. I’ve tried both and let me tell you is incredible, I’m bringing all my friends and relatives who’s visiting Amsterdam here from now on! They also have meditation here. You will leave this place recharged, happy and relaxed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
